BEWARE...WASTE OF $$$$$

There is a ton of these showing up on eBay and Craigslist...
.......Buyer Beware - These are NOT undewater lights......

Don't waste your money on any UNDERWATER GIGGING light based on the type of lights you see below... these lights may be great on your ATV or Jeep/truck for driving at night...
I contacted seven vendors selling these on eBay and all told me that the lights should NOT be used underwater.

They have an IP67 rating** which means they can withstand "Rain, Splashing, and Accidental Submersion" for 30 minutes...!

They were NEVER intended to be TOTALLY submerseable...!

**What does ip67 waterproof mean?
The number 6 is for total protection against dust. The second number of the IP rating system refers to protection against liquids and capable of withstanding water immer- sion between 15 cm and 1 meter for 30 minutes.
